Staff Software Engineer - Front End (Bangkok based, Relocation provided)

Agoda is an online travel booking platform operating across the globe, with over 7,100 employees representing 95+ nationalities. We are looking for a visionary Front‑End architect to lead Agoda’s front‑end transformation and drive seamless experiences for millions of users.

• Spearhead architecture and system design of Agoda’s next‑gen front end systems
• Drive best‑in‑class performance, accessibility, and usability
• Mentor and subject‑matter‑expert for the FE engineering team
• Influence stakeholders in the Product and Business teams
• Set technical standards and ensure scalability

• 8+ years’ experience building and leading rich web applications at scale
• Deep mastery of JavaScript/Type Script and modern frameworks (React, Next, Vue)
• Portfolio of building robust, high‑performance SPA/SSR front ends and core web vitals
• Strong background in team leadership, system design, and stakeholder influence
• Bonus:
