Join our growing AI & Analytics (AI&A) team within the Corporate Performance Improvement practice, where you'll drive innovation in AI by leveraging Generative and Agentic technologies to transform business strategies. As a Data Scientist at the Manager level, you will combine strategic consulting with hands‑on expertise to design and implement advanced AI solutions. Collaborating across practice areas, you will develop impactful applications that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable results for clients across industries.

This role offers the unique opportunity to serve as both a trusted advisor to clients and a hands‑on practitioner, developing and deploying advanced AI applications. You will collaborate closely with client executives, applying your technical skills to deliver tangible results. • Lead project work streams effectively, balancing technical and functional while ensuring quality deliverables
• Serve as a hands‑on leader, actively contributing to the development and implementation of AI solutions as needed to achieve project objectives
• Apply structured problem‑solving frameworks and methodologies to design and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating executive presence and professionalism
• Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and sales initiatives
• Identify client needs and opportunities for A&M, leveraging your network to maintain and grow business relationships
• Foster an inclusive and engaging team environment that values collaboration and diverse perspectives

• 8+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and AI/ML models, in analytics libraries like Pandas, Num Py, Sci Kit-Learn, and Py Torch
• Proven experience developing Generative AI Solutions, including large language model (LLM) based applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Experience implementing Agentic AI frameworks, such as CrewAI and Lang Chain, to build autonomous systems in production settings
• Proficiency in building APIs and backend applications with frameworks like FastAPI and Flask
• Experience deploying solutions in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g. provisioning EC2 instances, creating Azure Blob containers, etc.)
• Ability to translate and present complex technical concepts to C‑suite and executive audiences effectively
• Prior experience in consulting or a comparable client‑facing role
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
