Job Description: Candidate must have experience with Qlik Replicate, and ideally Qlik Cloud as well. Experience with Oracle Golden Gate is also a huge plus. This position requires the candidate to come to the office once per week, at locations including Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Morristown, NJ, or Raleigh, NC. Candidates should already be local to one of the above markets.

Reason for need: Sun setting Qlik replicate and moving to Qlik Cloud

• Seasoned Sr. Database administrator (DBA) with deep experience in managing and maintaining data replication platforms, particularly Qlik Replicate, both Cloud and on-premises environments. The individual should also have hands‑on experience with Oracle Golden Gate and possess advanced skills in SQL across a range of database technologies. Experience with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS/SSIS/SSAS) is a plus.
• This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution to ensure High availability, performance, and integrity of enterprise data systems.

Qualifications and responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain data replication strategies using Qlik Replicate across hybrid environments (AWS, on-prem, and mainframe).
• Lead migration to Qlik Cloud, manage QLIK ARC (Attunity Replicate Connect), and support mainframe replication.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Golden Gate, Veridata, and CDC/light ETL processes for multi‑database replication.
• Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot replication performance, ensuring data integrity, availability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute upgrades, patching, documentation, and governance activities.
• Daily production support for the SQL Server database infrastructure. These database platforms are maintained on Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems on both physical and virtual footprints. Virtual servers are managed on V‑Sphere using VMWare.
