JD

Service Now platform knowledge, JavaScript, knowledge of incident and case modules, knowledge of Service Now flow designer, Case management, and incident management in the SNOW module. Should know Out of Box and Java script development in SNOW.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Service Now platform to design, develop, and implement solutions tailored to incident and case management requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and workflows within the Service Now environment.
  • Develop and customize JavaScript code within the Service Now platform to extend its capabilities and meet business needs.
  • Configure and optimize incident and case management modules within Service Now, ensuring efficient workflow automation and seamless integration with other modules.
  • Leverage expertise in Service Now Flow Designer to create and optimize process flows for incident and case resolution.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to Service Now incidents and cases, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Service Now development and incident/case management, applying knowledge to enhance existing processes and workflows.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Extensive experience (7 years) working with the Service Now platform, with a focus on incident and case management.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and demonstrated ability to develop custom scripts and applications within Service Now.
  • Strong understanding of incident and case management processes, including best practices for optimization and automation.
  • Experience with Service Now Flow Designer and other workflow automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Service Now certification(s) preferred.
