System Administrator Architect role at Vibotek LLC
Dallas TX, onsite
OverviewWindows Server, Azure Architect and Administration, VMWare, Hands‑on experience with HP & Dell Servers, DC operations – 60% focus.
Responsibilities- Design and architect domain consolidation projects, cloud virtual machine landscape, and landing zones.
- Design and architect a global Active Directory infrastructure, including design and implementation of Group Policy, domain consolidation for large‑scale organizations.
- Design and architect VMWare solutioning and handle On‑prem to cloud migration projects.
- SME level support on Windows, VMware, Cloud Infrastructure, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Install, manage, configure, and decommission Azure IaaS components including compute, storage, network, and cloud cost management.
- Experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting ESXi including provisioning, VM builds, virtual switch and datastore management.
- Collaborate with architects, internal departments, vendor partners, and client partners to deliver solutions on Cloud/VMware/Windows Servers.
- Experience in DC Ops, data rooms and hardware solutioning with storage skills on Pure & HP MSA.
- Manage VMware or Hyper‑V clusters, HA, FT, DRS, and DR using VMWare SRM.
- Perform snapshots, cloning, cold migrations, hot migrations, and patch management.
- Automation using Power Shell, Ansible, Terraform.
- Plan and execute Active Directory domain‑level upgrades.
- Plan and design Group Policy Objects to ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, Federation Services, and identity management systems.
- Proven expertise in designing and architecting domain consolidation projects, cloud virtual machines, and landing zones.
- Experience with Azure VDI and AWS work spaces.
- Expertise and architecture in Windows Server Administration, VMware, Azure, Citrix, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Citrix, Microsoft Entra , SCCM.
- Active Directory, VMware to Cloud Migration expertise & automation (Power Shell / Ansible / Terraform).
- ITIL framework knowledge and strong communication skills.
- Good to have experience with Citrix, Microsoft Entra , SCCM, Azure VDI, AWS work spaces.
