Solution Architect - FullStack

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions, integrating multiple systems, and aligning technology strategies with business objectives. Bonus qualifications include experience with Pega and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to drive digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end enterprise architecture solutions & High-Level Designs (L3 documentation) in line with North Star Architecture for new product launches (both Wireless & Wireline, as applicable) across multiple technology stacks, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and Deliver Detailed Design including system integration points, data stores/interfaces, & API specifications aligned with GTS technical road map.
• Provide architectural guidance on cloud-native, microservices, and API-driven solutions tailored for telecom industry use cases.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Lead full-stack development efforts, integrating front-end, back-end, and middleware technologies to create seamless digital experiences.
• Define best practices and governance models for software development, system integrations, and enterprise solutions.
• Drive modernization initiatives, including legacy system migration to cloud-based or microservices architectures.
• Optimize telecom-specific solutions such as billing, customer experience, and service fulfillment systems.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in application architecture, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate and implement Pega (BPM/Case Management) and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for workflow automation, decisioning, and digital experience management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and data governance policies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture within the telecom industry

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern development frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), Python, or other relevant technologies
  .
• Strong experience in designing and implementing microservices, API gateways, and event-driven architectures
  .
• Working knowledge of telecom BSS/OSS systems
  , network integrations, and real-time data processing.
• Experience in CI/CD, Dev Ops, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML integration is a plus.
