Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Pega Developer to join our team in Plano and New Jersey. As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Pega applications to meet business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and test Pega applications using Pega Developer Studio

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions

- Work with system administrators to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of Pega applications

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications

- Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to team success

- Stay up-to-date with Pega best practices and implement improvements to existing applications

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Pega development

- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, Pega 7.x, and above

- Experience with Pega BPM, Pega Cloud, and Pega Decision Hub

- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, etc.)

- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools

- Experience with integration with other systems and technologies
