Data Management Developer – National Center Office, Dallas, TX
Responsibilities- Design and implement data pipelines and architectures for efficient data collection, transformation, loading (ETL), and data management across various platforms.
- Develop standalone applications for data visualization and analysis, enabling better data accessibility and insights for research teams.
- Collaborate with biomedical researchers, database designers, data scientists, statisticians, software developers, and clinical data experts to support data pipelines, database management, and creation of new tools.
- Build systems that streamline data workflow and support advanced analytics.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations in all data operations and applications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data solutions, processes, best practices, and actively share knowledge with the team.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies in data engineering, analytics, and data governance, evaluate new tools and techniques, and propose innovative solutions to enhance data systems, processes, and governance practices.
- Requires a degree or equivalent experience.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, business intelligence, collaboration, consulting, data analysis, data architecture, data governance, data management, data science, data security, effective communication, ETL, initiative, innovation, problem solving, programming (Python, R), SQL, time management.
- Base salary: $85,000 – $95,000, commensurate with experience.
