Consultant​/Appeals Specialist

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting data-driven decision-making across various business units.

Your responsibilities will encompass data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization—contributing to the optimization of operations and enhancement of customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Integration:
  Gather and integrate data from diverse sources including internal databases, external APIs, and third-party vendors to ensure comprehensive datasets for analysis.
• Data Cleaning & Preparation:
  Perform data validation and preprocessing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of datasets in preparation for analysis.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Analyze both structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Support:
  Work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver analytical support and data-driven recommendations.
• Tool Development & Automation:
  Assist in developing and maintaining automated reporting tools and dashboards to streamline data access and support strategic decision-making.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
• Solid understanding of data management principles and database structures.
