As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting data-driven decision-making across various business units.
Your responsibilities will encompass data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization—contributing to the optimization of operations and enhancement of customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Integration:
Gather and integrate data from diverse sources including internal databases, external APIs, and third-party vendors to ensure comprehensive datasets for analysis. - Data Cleaning & Preparation:
Perform data validation and preprocessing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of datasets in preparation for analysis. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze both structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver analytical support and data-driven recommendations. - Tool Development & Automation:
Assist in developing and maintaining automated reporting tools and dashboards to streamline data access and support strategic decision-making.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
- Solid understanding of data management principles and database structures.
- Analytical
Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences. - Experience:
Internship or prior experience in data analysis is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with healthcare data and industry standards is beneficial.
- Certifications in data analytics tools or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate).
