Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 8+ years in supply chain product management
, specifically within the retail industry
. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of supply chain systems and enterprise platforms, with a proven track record of delivering scalable technology solutions. This is a tech-driven role and does not require deep functional process knowledge.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for supply chain systems including requirement gathering, roadmap definition, development coordination, and rollout.
- Translate high-level business problems into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, Dev Ops, and architecture.
- Create detailed technical product documentation (BRDs, PRDs, APIs, workflow diagrams, etc.).
- Own prioritization using agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Collaborate with data engineering and systems teams for seamless data integrations and visibility.
- Continuously analyze product performance and identify areas for optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in supply chain technology, preferably in retail environments.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in:
- Supply chain platforms (WMS, OMS, TMS, Demand Forecasting Systems, etc.)
- APIs, data modeling, integration layers, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- SQL and basic scripting knowledge
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to design and deliver enterprise-scale systems.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical product documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
