SAP Business Analyst - Order to Cash

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the implementation, optimization and enhancement of our SAP Order to Cash system. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and driving improvements to our Order to Cash solutions. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in ensuring seamless transactions and enhanced customer experiences.

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows related to Order to Cash systems. Identify areas of improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate data related to sales, returns, inventory, and customer interactions. Extract meaningful insights and trends from the data to inform decision‑making and enhancements to the Order to Cash systems.
• System Evaluation: Assess the current Order to Cash system landscape, including hardware and software components, and leverage this knowledge to design and shape the functionality in the new Order to Cash platform. Identify opportunities for process improvement, policy changes and system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and propose solutions that address identified business needs. Create detailed specifications and functional requirements for Order to Cash system enhancements.
• User Acceptance Testing: Plan and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that Order to Cash system changes meet business requirements and user expectations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of Order to Cash system configurations, workflows, and user guides. Ensure that all stakeholders have access to relevant documentation.
• Training and Support: Assist in developing training materials and provide training to end‑users, ensuring they can effectively use Order to Cash systems. Offer ongoing support to resolve issues and address user concerns.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with developers and third‑party vendors to evaluate and implement new features, updates, or troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that Order to Cash systems comply with relevant industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements and demonstrated proficiency in translating business needs into technical solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP systems, including Order to Cash, Retail, RTR, with a deep understanding of Order Management functionality and features.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in extracting meaningful insights from sales and transaction data to inform business decisions and optimize POS systems.
• A solid understanding of Order to Cash operations, including inventory management, sales processes, and customer interactions, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail industry practices.
