Delivery Manager

SAP delivery partner will be responsible for the successful delivery of SAP projects and programs.

The responsibilities include:

• Project Management Experience – Should have at least 20 years experience of SAP project management, Fixed Price milestone payment, T&M/Staffing. Should have experience of leading AMS engagements as well.
• SAP Background – Preferred at least 5 years of SAP experience in non-PM role
• Project Oversight during execution phase
  :
  Overseeing the project from start to finish, including design, build, test, and post-go-live support
• Customer support
  :
  Lead customer support and participate and address program level discussion. Lead monthly steering committee meeting with customer.
• Service quality
  :
  Ensuring service quality, availability, and operational capability
• Program governance
  :
  Establishing effective program governance for each account
• Business development
  :
  Developing new business with clients and contributing to the SAP Business Group. Ability to interact with CxO levels
• Collaboration
  :
  Working closely with internal and external partners, including customers and project managers
• Escalation management
  :
  Managing escalations and customer communications
• Reporting
  :
  Ensuring weekly status reports goes from PM’s to clients and conducting internal governance meetings
• Adherence to internal quality (Delivery Excellence) processes
• Maintaining healthy profitability of every account considering sold versus delivered margins
