Role & Responsibilities

Video Amp is seeking a Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint across independent agencies
. This high-impact, client-facing role is ideal for a senior seller who is fluent in the intersection of data, measurement, TV, and digital video
—and who thrives as a strategic, consultative partner to agencies.

As a key member of the Independent Agency Pod, you will own the full sales cycle, deepen commercial relationships, and accelerate adoption of Video Amp’s advanced measurement and data solutions. You are a hands‑on operator with a proven ability to close complex enterprise deals, navigate multi‑stakeholder agency environments, and consistently exceed revenue goals.

You will collaborate closely with Video Amp’s leadership, product, data science, marketing science, and client success teams to craft compelling narratives, solve client challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes for independent agencies.

  • Own and grow Video Amp’s commercial footprint across independent agencies, building deep, trust‑based partnerships that drive new revenue, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, including pipeline development, prospecting, pitching, solution alignment, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Craft and deliver a differentiated narrative around Video Amp’s advanced measurement, data, and identity solutions, tailored to agency planning and activation workflows.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations hygiene within Salesforce.
  • Build and cultivate senior‑level agency relationships, positioning Video Amp as a trusted strategic partner in measurement and analytics.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Client Success, Marketing Science, and Data teams to ensure seamless implementation and strong client outcomes.
  • Navigate complex deal cycles (6–12+ months), including MSAs, JBPs, commercial negotiations, and multi‑solution integration points.
  • Continuously deepen technical fluency across measurement methodologies, identity frameworks, data science concepts, and marketing analytics.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in TV, digital video, data, or ad tech sales, with an emphasis on enterprise or agency partnerships.
  • Extensive experience selling into national independent agencies, with existing relationships and a history of material revenue impact.
  • Proven success closing complex, multi‑layered enterprise deals involving measurement, data strategy, or analytics solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen across measurement, identity, data strategy, analytics, and ad operations, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, manage long sales cycles, and influence senior agency stakeholders with confidence and strategic judgment.
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally to shape deal strategy, align value propositions, and support implementation roadmaps.
  • A self‑starter with strong communication skills, high EQ, and a consultative approach to selling.
