Join Goldman Sachs as a Digital Workplace Engineer focused on Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions. Drive productivity application delivery and support across global teams.

Lead the adoption of new collaboration technologies, improving productivity for clients and internal stakeholders.

Work with product owners, architects, engineers, compliance, and risk teams to deliver solutions that support key product initiatives. Responsibilities include implementing, supporting, and managing productivity applications such as Microsoft 365 suites, Adobe suites, and related cloud solutions.

Identify, execute, and document solutions in line with the product roadmap. Design and deploy enterprise‑scale solutions using modern application management platforms. Articulate technical concepts to stakeholders and train team members.

• Own project execution and task ownership to accomplish deliverables.
• Manage expectations of deliverables with product management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on design, testing, and deployment of solutions.
• Engineer and deploy solutions across engineering teams.
• Document processes and design in conjunction with product and engineering managers.

• On‑call ROTA rotation approximately every 6‑8 weeks.
• Manage support DL for alerts and requests from Level 1/Level 2 teams.

• Train and mentor the team on product expertise.
• Become SME in product space.

• Engineer and implement productivity solutions in coordination with global, cross‑functional teams.
• Liaise with internal/external Risk teams on application security topics.
• Act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd level support teams and assist during incidents.

• Deep knowledge of deploying, supporting, and upgrading Adobe suites, browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), and Microsoft 365 applications at large scale.
• Experience managing applications via cloud solutions such as M365 Apps cloud management and Adobe Admin Console.
• Experience with application administration, policy configuration, and troubleshooting on Windows 10/11.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and ability to mitigate risks associated with software deployment in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with WSUS, SCCM/MECM, Group Policy, and Intune.
• Proficiency with scripting technologies:
  Power Shell, Python, SQL.
• Strong communication skills, transparency, and ownership.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and quick learning in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience deploying, adopting, and supporting M365 Copilot and Copilot Chat.
