PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company, invites recent graduates to launch their AI and software engineering careers with a full‑time role in our proprietary technology, Alli. The program is located in Uptown Dallas and provides career‑building experience with top brands such as Nike, Apple, and Intuit.

• Eight weeks of immersive training designed to accelerate knowledge of the digital marketing industry and the use of advanced AI technologies.
• Hands‑on software engineering and system architecture work from day one, with opportunities to develop scalable solutions across the company.
• Learning‑first approach: collaboration with experienced AI & software engineers, peer programming, and exposure to leadership to build technical expertise before stepping into leadership roles.
• Direct participation in the development of Alli, a cloud‑based suite of AI‑powered tools used to enable digital campaigns for over 1 billion consumers worldwide.

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js; familiarity with AWS, GCP, and AI platforms such as OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and Lang Chain.
• A strong passion for learning new technologies and curiosity about digital marketing.
• Relevant internship or work experience demonstrating problem‑solving and technical capabilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role.
