• Develop and communicate the product vision, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
• Own, prioritize, and refine the Product Backlog (the master list of features/work) to ensure the highest value items are always at the top.
• Gather requirements, feedback, and insights from customers and business stakeholders, translating them for the development team.
• Focus on delivering the most valuable product increment in each Sprint.
• Define acceptance criteria for features and decide when a feature is complete and ready for release.

• Clearly communicate the product goal and define product backlog items.
• Order and refine the product backlog, often with input from the Developers.
• Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Agree on the Sprint Goal with the Developers.
• Facilitate Scrum events like Sprint Planning, the Daily Scrum, and the Sprint Retrospective.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Protect the team from outside interference.
• Help the entire organization understand and adopt Scrum.
