• Technical Discovery and Design
  • Lead workshops to gather requirements for integrating new tools/features into ECM (Service Now).
  • Translate requirements into user stories and add them to the ECM backlog.
  • Design technical solutions for integration, considering dependencies, data requirements, and database schemas.
  • Create integration designs between ECM and backend systems.
  • Review designs with stakeholders for approval and provide weekly status updates.
• Development & Configuration
  • Develop designs and configure modules in the ECM platform based on business needs.
  • Conduct quality reviews, unit testing, and address defects or performance issues.
  • Demonstrate functionality to stakeholders.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist with UAT and defect resolution (P0 to P4 issues) during platform configurations.
  • Provide Level 3 support for critical defects and perform root cause analysis as needed.
• ECM Feature Development & Integration
  • Develop and configure new features in the ECM system (Service Now).
  • Integrate applications with ECM modules, including Case Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Agent Chat, Advanced Work Assignment, and more.
