Role Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Generative AI & Agentic Systems Consultant with proven experience in building and deploying production‑grade Gen AI systems, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI prototypes. This role requires strong full‑stack engineering skills, deep AI/ML expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG‑based Gen AI solutions using LLMs and vector databases, with successful deployment in production environments.
• Build agentic AI prototypes using frameworks like Lang Chain, CrewAI, or custom orchestration tools.
• Fine‑tune and optimize LLMs for domain‑specific tasks and enterprise use cases.

AI System Development

• Design and implement RAG-based Gen AI solutions using LLMs and vector databases, with successful deployment in production environments.
• Build agentic AI prototypes using frameworks like Lang Chain, CrewAI, or custom orchestration tools.
• Fine‑tune and optimize LLMs for domain‑specific tasks and enterprise use cases.

Full‑Stack Engineering

• Develop intuitive front‑end interfaces using React, Next.js, and Type Script.
• Build robust back‑end services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js.
• Integrate Gen AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Deploy AI systems on cloud platforms (Clienture, AWS, GCP) using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and feedback loops for continuous improvement and reliability.

Security & Governance

• Apply best practices for prompt safety, content moderation, and access control.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
• Coordinate effectively with offshore and distributed teams, managing time zone differences and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.

• 6 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
• Proven experience building and deploying Gen AI applications end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio).
• Familiarity with enterprise‑grade AI deployments and governance.
• Contributions to open‑source AI projects or technical publications.
