-based manufacturer operating across multiple heavy building materials and construction-related product lines. The company supports large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects nationwide through a diversified portfolio and a strong operational footprint.

We are seeking Senior Reporting & Business Intelligence Analysts to design and deliver enterprise‑grade analytics solutions that support Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain functions. This role combines strong technical BI expertise with business partnership to transform complex data into actionable insights.

This is a highly visible role within an IT Reporting & Analytics team, ideal for professionals experienced in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Oracle Fusion reporting environments.

• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI datasets, semantic models, and dashboards using DAX and Power Query
• Implement enterprise reporting governance, including Row‑Level Security (RLS), sensitivity labels, and certified datasets
• Build and manage Microsoft Fabric components such as One Lake
  , Lakehouse models
  , and Dataflows Gen2
• Integrate data from Oracle Fusion Applications using OTBI and BI Publisher
  , along with other enterprise data sources
• Ensure high performance through tuning, incremental refresh strategies, and scalable data models
• Maintain compliance with enterprise security and data governance standards
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
• Support BI Dev Ops practices, including Git integration
  , deployment pipelines, and release management

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Reporting roles
• Advanced expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
• Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with dimensional data modeling
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Applications Reporting (OTBI and BI Publisher)
• Experience implementing governance, security, and compliance in enterprise BI environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Experience with BICC and OIC integrations
• Python experience for data wrangling or automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered

• $65 - $70/hr w2
• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
