What You’ll Do- Lead digital demand generation across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, Software Advice, etc.).
- Develop and optimize paid campaign strategies for lead quality and conversion.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets
, ensuring accountability and ROI. - Build and maintain Hub Spot dashboards for performance visibility.
- Design and execute email nurture programs to improve engagement and conversion.
- Run A/B tests across campaigns, landing pages, and CTAs for optimization.
- Manage social media publishing and performance tracking
. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Rev Ops, and Leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue priorities.
- 5+ years in digital marketing or demand generation (SaaS/B2B preferred).
- Proven success managing paid media programs with measurable impact.
- Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot for campaign execution and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with funnel metrics and attribution models
. - Experience managing vendors and agencies with clear performance standards.
- Collaborative, execution‑oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Figma
, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience with Click Up, Asana, Miro/Fig Jam
, and Slack. - Ability to create and organize digital content libraries
.
