Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager is a supporting role for managing and executing key responsibilities, initiatives, and tasks across all digital platforms. This is a niche position, as you are involved in both creative marketing and digital experiences and development. Strong experience and understanding in front-end UX/UI and CMS management, as well as backend development on both the website and app is a must.
As a global fitness brand, this role is vital for maintaining our iconic presence in the digital space across all owned channels. Our goal a pioneer of fitness is to find the best candidate to lead the execution and success of immersive online experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing website upgrades, testing for website performance, implement a strategy to increase web traffic and subscribers, and troubleshooting website issues. Owns the deployment of all new and existing content, including building and publishing landing pages across all our domains for both brand and local child sites.
- Supporting role for SEO strategies and dynamic A/B website testing.
- Responsible for all ongoing QA of all published content and landing pages.
- Manage and resolve all requests for new users on the website, including training on CMS tools and features and is responsible for managing and updating all child sites localized information and content.
- Support initiatives for lead generation and conversion funnels for both paid and organic campaigns.
- Monthly reporting on website, app and email performance to help influence conversion funnels and future development and/or design strategies.
- Design, testing and execution of all email marketing campaigns and develop customer journeys and automations to optimize lead nurturing campaigns, as well as customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Manages email subscriber lists, data extensions, and subscriber health/validation.
- Support the app including push notification, database updates, feature optimizations, and development changes. Includes testing all features for optimizing the in-app experience.
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Expert in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS) and working with APIs.
- Experience working with responsive websites and front-end web development.
- 3+ Years of CMS management and page building in Word Press.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder platform.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services and hosting services preferred, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Figma, and additional creative design platforms.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, Fitness experience is a plus.
- Must be a problem solver who is able to navigate new projects and assignments.
- Must be able to build relationships, genuine connections, and trust, both internally and externally. Must have a client-first mentality and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Must be proactive and possess strong organization and prioritization skills. Must have a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly in all various modes (verbal, written, text, etc.). Must have well-developed interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
