• University degree preferred.
• Work experience:
  
  2+ years required, 3+ years preferred.
• Skills:
  
  SQL, Python, Snowflake, MDM, Power
  
  BI, data quality rule development, experience building data hierarchies.

• Assists with mathematical, statistical, and economic methods that determine market conditions, project consumer needs and inform business initiatives.
• Identifies trends found from modeling and informs other lines of business such as product development and marketing decisions.
• Helps develop data mining models, statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify key customer segments and to simulate impact of potential future business decisions.
• Works to develop detailed reports and conclusions for business, finance and investment management based on data summaries.
• Recognizes areas of opportunity and risk through data analysis and modelling and reports findings.
• Provides information for additional research and analysis in line with statistical methodology.
• Assists other areas of the business to model the potential outcomes of implementing various business strategies.
• Create data products by collecting requirements, programming using SQL, and testing results of large datasets to ensure data outputs meet defined specifications.
• Lead data stewards in curation activities to ensure data is defined, has lineage, and is fit for use case purposes.
• Update and improve process for data definition quality and lineage while improving speed of critical data element curation.
• Find a solution when there is no defined path forward on a task or project.
• Partner with stakeholders, enterprise data governance, and SMEs to capture data definitions and define risk within data catalog.
• Ensure data meets data policy and data standards for quality are included in product/system development process, both at the source and throughout the data supply chain, in partnership with IT and data engineering partners.
