Lead the design and development of AI solutions, driving innovation and technical excellence from concept through implementation. Guide the build of advanced ML/LLM applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and safety. Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business priorities across AI ‘plays’ into scalable AI products. Mentor and direct a small, high‑performing engineering team to deliver impact quickly and reliably.

- Lead development of AI algorithms
- Optimize performance of AI models
- Collaborate cross‑functionally
- Stay updated with research & innovation
- Drive architecture and prototyping of LLM applications
- Stand up data ingestions, managing integration with wider Catalyst systems
- Own delivery of use cases
- Implement quality and safety framework
- Reports to Head of AI
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Proficiency in agentic frameworks
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing AI models
