Support the SNS Network Firewall organization by designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise firewall solutions. The role focuses on hands‑on execution, troubleshooting, migrations, and acting as a service‑oriented liaison between technical and business teams to ensure secure, reliable network environments.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls
• Firewall troubleshooting across Layer 3–7
• Experience with firewall policies, NAT, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), and threat prevention controls
• Development or automation exposure
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proactive, reliable, and deadline‑driven individual contributor

• Design, configure, and support Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall solutions
• Troubleshoot network, security, and application connectivity issues
• Implement firewall changes, upgrades, and migrations with minimal downtime
• Tune firewall rules and threat signatures to reduce false positives
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and Dev Ops teams
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Communicate incidents, risks, and remediation plans to stakeholders

• Experience supporting enterprise or data center network migrations
• Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (Python, Ansible, APIs)
• Exposure to cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
