Location 1 for Austin – 1 position
Location 2 for Dallas – 1 position

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to meet customer business objectives, SLAs.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis, documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross‑functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Managing competing resources and priorities.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Broad understanding of Software development on an AGILE framework.
• Perform product demos.

• Hands‑on experience on Kubernetes and Docker engine.
• Exposure to Agile development and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Experience in working with database (MySQL, HBase, YB, Graph, Cloud databases).
• Broad understanding of the development of Microservices application and their architecture.
• Experience with messaging frameworks:
  Kafka.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Hands‑on implementation of networking/telecom solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture.
• Excellent teamwork, oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority.

• 5-7 years of experience (Total)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics or a related field
