Description:

The PSOC Dev Ops Engineer must have 3 years of experience.

• Application development for Lenel Onguard and Genetec Application.
• Administer Lenel Onguard and Genetec Application.
• Management of JIRA tickets for assigned applications.
• Windows and Linux Server and System Administration
• Configure and Install Lenel Onguard and Genetec Application.
• Configure physical security tools as per requirement.
• Runbook document detailing the applications and the server details including Vendor Recommended vs. Actual.
• Establish yourself as point of contact for support for physical security applications.
• Manage physical security applications by ensuring appropriate maintenance including patches, upgrades, resource changes, etc.
• Collaborate with the client physical security team and the physical security application vendors to ensure the solutions meet the needs of client.
• Other duties related to physical security applications as requested by leadership.
• Establish positive relationships with primary stakeholders.
