As a Lead Project/Program Management your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
As an experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

* Key Responsibilities:

** End-to-End Project Management:
** Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.  •
** Project Planning and Scheduling:
** Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.  •
** Stakeholder and Vendor Communication:
** Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.  •
** Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution:
** Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.  •
** Other duties as assigned:
** Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
*
* Experience:

** 5+ years of related experience.

Certification is required in some areas.
** Job Contribution:
*** Executive Communication and Stakeholder Management – Ability to craft clear, concise communications for executives and stakeholders.
* Data Analysis and Reporting – proficiency in using tools such as excel and Power BI.
* Change Management – experience leading change initiatives, developing change plans and ensuring smooth adoption across stakeholder groups.

Our

** earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
