Description- Must Have Technical / Functional Skills.
- Experience as a Senior Architect / Consultant.
- Candidate should have strong knowledge of Service Now FedRAMP implementation.
- Candidate should have knowledge of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
- Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and architecture-level configurations.
- Experience in Service Now custom application design and development.
- Expertise in Service Now deployments, integration with other third‑party tools, orchestration, operational activities, project management expertise, and merging multiple instances.
- Experienced in leading end‑to‑end implementation and transformation programs in ITSM / ITOM / FSM / CMDB.
- Strong work experience associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
- Should have strong knowledge of FSM design and implementation for large customers.
- Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance with the team.
- Design technical solutions and best practices based on customer requirements and convert them into functional requirements.
- Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
- Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards.
