• Fluency and specialization in at least two modern languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C# and strong object‑oriented design skills
• Experience building products using micro‑services architecture and extensible REST APIs
• Experience building architecture and design (patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and current systems
• Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
• Fluency in Dev Ops concepts, cloud architecture, and Azure Dev Ops operational framework
• Experience leveraging Power Shell scripting and existing operational portals such as Azure Portal
• Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments
• Experience in datacenter structure, capabilities, and offerings, including Azure platform and its native services
• Experience in security protocols and products: understanding of Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth
• Experience in Azure Network (subscription, security zoning, etc.)
• In‑depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms
• Strong problem‑solving ability
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment
• Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle
• Soft skills:
  
  excellent communication, full ownership of issues, wearing multiple hats when necessary

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 4+ years of experience in open‑source frameworks
• 3+ years of experience with architecture and design
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
