AI Platform Architect

Position Overview

Design and scale the core AI platform and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and seamless integration across the enterprise. Lead the architecture and evolution of cloud-based MLOps capabilities that enable AI product development laborate with data science, engineering, and security teams to operationalize AI models efficiently and responsibly. Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, cost optimization, and developer experience.

• Architect and maintain end-to-end AI infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
• Partner with Engineering and IT on secure, scalable deployment.
• Evaluate new tools and cloud services to drive innovation.
• Provide templates/SDKs, standardizing environments and deployment pipelines for AI/LLM applications.
• Enforce identity and access controls to sensitive data pathways.
• Manage tooling across brands, define capacity and cost controls for inference and storage.
• Reports to Head of AI, partners with AI Engineering Lead.
• Supports AI reshape pods concurrently.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in cloud architecture and MLOps.
• Skilled in AI frameworks (e.g., Vertex AI, Lang Chain, Agentspace).
• Strong programming and system design background.
