Job SummaryThe Information Security Engineer is a technical leader within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) product, focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role provides deep expertise in the design, deployment, testing, and operations of enterprise PAM solutions, ensuring secure and reliable privileged access across the organization. This role partners with other engineers, architects, program managers, and IAM teams to deliver robust PAM solutions, drive process improvements, and support operational excellence while maintaining awareness of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise for privileged access management solutions, including Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Hashi Corp, Microsoft, or Keeper
- Design, implement, configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise PAM solutions across diverse environments
- Troubleshoot complex PAM issues and provide technical guidance to peers and stakeholders
- Build and maintain scripts, customizations, and integrations to support PAM deployments, including Java, Power Shell, Bash, LDAP, database integration, JSON, and Postman
- Support cloud-based PAM deployments and ensure integration with IAM and enterprise systems
- Develop, review, and maintain PAM technical and process documentation, including operational procedures, QA, and training materials
- Coordinate with other IAM components and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency and security across identity management solutions
- Drive improvements in PAM processes, deployment methodologies, and operational efficiency
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and validation activities to ensure successful deployment and compliance with security requirements
- Is a technically skilled subject matter expert who leads by example and drives adoption of best practices
- Collaborates effectively with globally dispersed cross‑functional teams, influencing technical decisions and process improvements
- Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Demonstrates initiative and self‑direction in executing complex technical assignments while prioritizing multiple tasks
- 7+ years of experience designing, configuring, implementing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise PAM solutions
- Strong technical knowledge of IAM concepts, privileged access management, and related tools and technologies
- Hands‑on experience with scripting and automation using Java, Power Shell, Bash, JSON, Postman, Git Hub, and database integration
- Experience with Cyber Ark
- Knowledge of cloud‑based deployments and integration with enterprise IAM and security tools
- Broad understanding of IT systems, including network, physical, virtual, cloud platforms, storage, directory services, and end‑user computing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a medium or large corporate environment
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISM preferred
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality technical execution
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information
- Self‑organized, self‑driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative and team‑oriented with the ability to work effectively across global cross‑functional teams
