Job Description

Lead modernization efforts across a legacy contact center tech stack, driving Dev Ops implementation, cloud migration, and engineering best practices in a consulting‑style, unstructured environment.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Lead technical implementations across the contact center ecosystem with good understanding of architecture
  • Modernize code base and implement Dev Ops / CI / CD practices
  • Consolidate source code into Git Hub and streamline development workflows
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to define and deliver tailored technical solutions
  • Oversee integrations with Salesforce, Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and other platforms
  • Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers
  • Contribute to pre‑sales activities and technical proposal development
Requirements Must‑Haves
  • 10 years of development experience, 5 years in technical leadership roles
  • Strong proficiency in .NET and Microsoft Azure
  • Current, hands‑on development experience
  • Deep understanding of contact center technologies (Amazon Connect or Genesys)
  • Experience in consulting or startup environments
  • CRM ecosystem experience (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops, CI / CD pipelines, and modern development practices
  • Strong communication skills and a client‑facing mindset
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Salesforce
  • Exposure to AI‑powered chatbots, knowledge bases, and generative AI coding
