Role OverviewData Analyst / Data Conversion Lead for the Data Conversion task under the Secure Logon Sunset initiative. This role will focus on data conversion and testing activities for migrating Employer and Producer user accounts from Secured Logons (SL) to Forge Rock and Plain
ID across 24 applications. The resource will ensure data integrity, manage test data, and coordinate with business and technical teams to enable a smooth migration.
- Define and execute the data strategy for SL data conversion and migration.
- Manage and centralize user testing data for Non-PROD and PROD PPV environments by partnering with business SMEs, test leads, and development teams. This ensures all testing data is consolidated, provides a single point of contact for inquiries, and improves confidence in test execution.
- Analyze, clean, and convert user data for migration into Forge Rock and related systems. Perform detailed data analysis and conversion activities for Employer and Producer user accounts (including primary, secondary, and delegate accounts) to assign correct attributes required for Forge Rock migration to ensure data integrity and meet business requirements for secure logon sunset.
- Identify and consolidate duplicate user accounts by mining existing SL data to achieve a single identity per user type, in alignment with XIAM standards that involves deep analysis of login patterns and account relationships.
- Extract and filter SL data for business outreach and account consolidation.
- Coordinate updates to Salesforce and other downstream systems.
- Maintain ownership and tracking of all data used for testing and production.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, test leads, and development teams to ensure alignment.
- Provide clear documentation and status reporting on data activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in data analysis, data migration, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and identify patterns or anomalies.
- Familiarity with identity management systems and secure authentication concepts.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Experience with Forge Rock, Plain
ID, or similar IAM platforms. - Knowledge of Salesforce data structures and integration.
- Background in large-scale application migration projects.
- Implement a formal change control workflow.
- Initiation:
Any Forge Rock/XIAM change request logged in a central system (e.g., ADO, Service Now). - Impact Analysis:
Identify affected apps (eBilling, eCerts, Group apps, etc.). - Stakeholder Review:
Each app owner signs off after testing in a shared UAT environment. - Approval Gate:
No production deployment without cross-team sign-off.
- Create a shared integration test environment and manage test data for all downstream apps and all environments.
- Automate regression testing for Forge Rock payload changes.
- Perform data mining, clean up and attribute mapping to Forge Rock.
- Drive account consolidation and support outreach planning enterprise-wide.
- Define standardized requirement templates for Forge Rock/XIAM changes.
- Use weekly/monthly syncs plus real-time dashboards for visibility.
- Publish impact matrices showing which user types and apps are affected.
- Document legal ramifications per app and ensure SLA adherence.
- Maintain audit trails for all sign-offs and configuration changes.
