WhatYou Will Do
- Shape the strategic direction of clients’ programmatic campaigns, aligning them with PMG’s full-service offerings to maximize performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders, leading high-level business and strategy conversations to ensure programmatic media drives their business forward.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize results and deliver actionable insights.
- Identify and implement growth opportunities, presenting innovative strategies to clients and working with your team to bring them to life.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of programmatic professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and recognition to support their growth and success.
- Build and nurture relationships with platform partners, staying at the forefront of beta opportunities, innovations, and advancements in the programmatic landscape.
- Leverage PMG’s proprietary technology, Alli, to create custom alerts, analyze data, and develop reporting views that enhance decision-making and campaign performance.
- Contribute to integrated marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for client success.
- 7+ years of experience in digital media and programmatic advertising, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, with a strong focus on people development, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Advanced expertise in Programmatic Advertising, Marketing Planning & Analysis, and Marketing Metrics to guide impactful strategies and achieve measurable results.
- Proficiency in Analytics and Database Marketing to inform campaign strategies and support data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) to effectively manage and optimize programmatic campaigns.
- Advanced channel knowledge across CTV, OLV, Display, Audio, Native, DOOH, and App to craft full-funnel media strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL to analyze data, deliver actionable insights, and generate detailed performance reports.
- Familiarity with Measurement Systems to assess campaign success and inform ongoing optimizations.
- Strong ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and ensuring exceptional execution across campaigns.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling alignment with cross-functional teams and clients.
