HPC Solutions Architect Manager

Dallas - Hybrid (3-days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to manage a team of architects focused on high‑performance computing (HPC) solutions. This position involves guiding customers through the full solution lifecycle, from initial requirements to deployment and optimization, while ensuring architectures are secure, scalable, and tailored for complex workloads.

• Lead and mentor a team of architects across compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, and security domains.
• Design and implement reference architectures and best practices for HPC environments.
• Oversee proof‑of‑concept initiatives and validate performance for advanced workloads.
• Stay current with emerging technologies such as GPU acceleration, orchestration frameworks, and distributed storage systems.
• Engage with customers to translate technical requirements into optimized solutions.
• Represent the organization in technical workshops and industry forums.

• 10+ years in HPC, solutions architecture, or large‑scale distributed systems.
• 3+ years in technical leadership, managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Expertise in compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, and security.
• Hands‑on experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA, NVIDIA), workload schedulers (Slurm, Kubernetes), and distributed storage systems.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

• Experience delivering HPC or AI / ML workloads at scale.
• Familiarity with data platforms (Kafka, Spark) and Dev Ops tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI / CD).
• Advanced technical degree and relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, etc.).
