A fast-growing global fintech company is looking for a Dev Ops Lead to own and drive the design, automation, and management of its cloud infrastructure. This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for building out scalable, secure, and resilient systems that support a high-availability financial platform processing millions of transactions daily.

You’ll be joining a mission-driven engineering team at the core of the company’s platform strategy—shaping the foundations of a unified financial data layer trusted by major global institutions.

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native infrastructure and CI / CD pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment workflows using infrastructure-as-code tools and modern Dev Ops practices.
• Own and manage AWS environments with a focus on scalability, availability, and performance.
• Implement robust observability —logging, monitoring, and alerting systems across all environments.
• Drive Dev Sec Ops  adoption , embedding security early in the development lifecycle and infrastructure design.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and high-availability strategies for production systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in complex cloud environments.
• Standardize Dev Ops processes and documentation , and promote best practices across teams.

• Proven experience building and managing infrastructure for high-volume, mission-critical systems (5M+ daily transactions).
• Deep expertise in AWS and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Spinnaker.
• Strong Kubernetes skills (CKA certification a plus) and container orchestration best practices.
• Scripting / coding skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and agile collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Dev Sec Ops  and shift-left security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
