Role Summary

We are seeking a senior Walk Me – Workday Specialist with a minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in each of the required skill areas to design, build, and support advanced Walk Me solutions within the Workday platform. The consultant will create scalable, multilingual guidance and implement complex Walk Me logic using jQuery, precise Workday triggers, validations, milestones, and automations aligned to real user behavior.

This role requires deep, proven expertise in both Walk Me and Workday. jQuery usage in Walk Me and accurate Workday page/form triggering are absolutely critical and non‑negotiable.

• Design, build, and support production‑ready Walk Me Smart Walk‑Thru guides for Workday
• Develop and maintain multi‑language Walk Me content across global Workday deployments
• Accurately identify and configure Walk Me triggers for specific Workday pages, forms, and dynamic UI elements
• Apply advanced jQuery logic within the Walk Me Editor to handle complex Workday behavior
• Configure Walk Me milestones and goals to track and report on user progression
• Implement Walk Me automations triggered by specific Workday user actions and behaviors
• Build custom Walk Me validations, including behavior‑driven and non‑standard triggers (e.g., hover‑based validations)
• Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to translate Workday processes into effective in‑app guidance
• Maintain Walk Me content through Workday releases, patches, and UI changes

Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in each of the following areas:

• Walk Me Platform Expertise:
  Building and supporting Smart Walk‑Thrus, automations, validations, milestones, and goals in production environments
• jQuery within Walk Me Editor (5+ years) – Non‑Negotiable
• Workday UI & Page Triggering (5+ years) – Non‑Negotiable
• Multi‑Language Walk Me Content (5+ years)
• Walk Me Milestones & Goals (5+ years)
• Walk Me Automations (5+ years)
• Walk Me Validations & Custom Behavior Triggers (5+ years)
• Workday Functional Knowledge (5+ years):
  Hands‑on experience across Workday HCM, Talent, and Recruitment modules

• Walk Me certifications (Advanced Builder or equivalent)
• Experience with Walk Me analytics, dashboards, and insights
• Familiarity with Workday release management and regression testing for Walk Me content
• Experience supporting large‑scale, global Workday implementations

Ability to proactively identify digital adoption and UX improvement opportunities
