  , translate business requirements into technical solutions, and rapidly become a subject matter expert (SME) on new platforms.
• Hands‑on experience across several of the following technologies:
• Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• PC and Mac workstation management
  , including remote and work‑from‑home environments (e.g., SCCM, Auto Pilot, Mosyle)
• Scripting and automation using Power Shell, Python, or similar tools
• Identity and access management solutions, including multi‑factor authentication (MFA), single sign‑on (SSO), and platforms such as Okta
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  , including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and One Drive (integrations and migrations)
• Collaboration and project tracking tools such as Confluence and JIRA (or equivalent)
• Experience operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑location global environment
  .
• Strong working knowledge of IT security risks, best practices, and modern operating systems and software applications
  .
• 5–10 years of recent, hands‑on IT experience.
• 1–4 years of experience implementing and supporting corporate IT solutions
