Hands‑on experience with Nokia 4G RAN hardware
: eNodeB (Air Scale / Flexi BBU/RRU platforms)
Proficient with SFP modules and router connectivity
Installation and daisy‑chaining of GNSS antennas
Strong understanding of RAN‑to‑Core interfaces (S1, X2, IP/MPLS, O&M)
Familiarity with fiber optics, cabling, grounding, and power requirements

Inventory & Asset Management:

Experience with telecom equipment inventory systems (ERP, warehouse trackers)
Ability to manage Nokia hardware allocation, stock levels, and serial number tracking
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability

Tools & Software:

Experience using Nokia Net Act, BTS Site Manager
, or equivalent OSS tools
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently at remote sites and coordinate with multi‑vendor teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills
