Desktop Support Representative Onsite Support

Duration: 1+ years
- Significant experience in customer-facing, Windows-based, corporate technical support environment, including experience supporting Office, Outlook, and working with ticketing systems.
- Experience with iOS, Android, iPad, Tablet, including Mobile Iron, SCCM, and Apple Mac systems.
- Good verbal and written skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Excellent soft skills are a must. Previous retail experience (i.e., Apple Store, Geek Squad) would be a plus.
- Candidates should have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
