Salesforce QA Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive
SalesforceQAEngineer with strong experience in both
manual and automation testing
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce platform, including custom-built applications, workflows, and integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and the ability to design, execute, and automate test strategies that align with business requirements.

• Design, develop, and execute
  manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Lightning components, and APIs.
• Conduct
  functional, regression, integration, smoke
  , and
  UAT testing
  .
• Automate test scripts using tools such as
  Selenium
  ,
  Provar
  ,
  TestNG
  ,
  Postman
  , or similar frameworks.
• Review user stories and requirements for testability and create comprehensive
  test plans and test cases
  .
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like
  Jira
  ,
  Azure Dev Ops
  , or
  Bugzilla
  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, business analysts, and project managers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Maintain and enhance the
  automated test suites
  and contribute to continuous improvement of theQAprocess.
• Perform data validation and testing of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Support release management and deployment processes with thorough testing coverage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8 years of total
  
  QA experience with 4+ years focused on SalesforceQA
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  Salesforce architecture and components
  (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning).
• Experience in
  manual testing
  of Salesforce customizations and integrations.
• Hands-on experience in
  automation frameworks
  like Selenium, Provar, or similar.
• Knowledge of
  API testing tools
  such as Postman, SOAP UI, or REST Assured.
• Experience working with
  CI/CD pipelines
  , test management tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with
  SOQL/SOSL
  for data validation and testing in Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
