Workday Data Conversion Lead

Responsibilities

• Mastery of iLoads, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs.
• Deep knowledge of data load sequences for finance (e.g., chart of accounts, suppliers, customers, assets, open balances).
• Experience with Workday Data Conversion Frameworks and data validation techniques.
• Designing legacy-to-Workday data migration strategy (historical data, balances, suppliers, customers, open items).
• Expertise in cutover planning and dry runs for finance data loads.
• Reconciling migrated data with legacy system balances.
