- Monitor customer health and provide proactive education to enhance product value
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management
- Located within the US Central or Mountain Time zones
- Proven ability to support and build scalable customer relationships
- Highly organized with strong documentation skills
- Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks
- Experience with Customer Success tools, such as Churn Zero or Gain Sight
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Background in cyber risk management or cybersecurity best practices
- Basic knowledge of APIs and experience conducting training sessions
- Proficiency in the Spanish language at varied levels
