Job Description

Serves as the primary technical point of contact for Yardi financial software across the company. Provides troubleshooting, support, training and recommendations related to Yardi financial modules.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business users to identify, understand, and solve challenges related to the Yardi financial system.
  • Ensure software usage and business process efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of periodic system upgrades for new plug‑ins, hot‑fixes and Voyager releases along with the Business Systems Team.
  • Support the successful onboarding and offboarding of communities for the company’s Yardi platform.
  • Solve help‑desk inquiries related to Yardi module errors or general Yardi questions/issues. Provide outstanding customer service and alert management of any irregularities or issues, including timely integrations.
Education and Experience
  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with technical troubleshooting and user support.
  • Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S required.
  • General accounting knowledge required—strong in General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Reconciliation.
  • Multi‑family real estate experience preferred.
  • Experience in a publicly traded company preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • High level of interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems.
