Overview

Dallas, TX area – available opportunities include roles in Generative AI, AI engineering, and related fields.

Responsibilities (inferred from qualifications and role expectations)
  • Architect and implement Salesforce cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud) with hands-on expertise across at least two clouds.
  • Architect and implement Einstein AI features within Salesforce ecosystem for any of the supported clouds.
  • Apply AI/Gen AI concepts and related tech stacks (LLMs, RAG, etc.) to enhance solutions.
Technical Skills
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce development and architecture with a solid understanding of AI applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborative individual who can design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions while leveraging AI to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Passion for Salesforce technologies and a commitment to leveraging AI to drive business success.
  • 5-7 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration.
  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML solutions like Einstein and its features specific to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related Einstein AI implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, and technical advisory.
  • Ability to articulate the relationship between Data and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Experience developing roadmaps and providing strategic guidance to clients to align business objectives with solutions.
Non-Technical Skills
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
  • Ability to pursue business development opportunities and identify strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
  • Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
