• Update and maintain network equipment (physical server, network switches, firewalls, storage, VPN) in the corporate offices and other Dickey’s offices as needed.
• Monitor, update and maintain health of all corporate‑issued PCs, including basic repairs, warranty work coordination with OEMs, and remote support.
• Setup and monitor virtual servers, maintaining the health and performance of all VMs.
• Respond to security and system alerts as needed.
• Communicate hardware/software problems with outside support personnel, management, vendors, and technical support representatives.
• Monitor and adjust local and off‑site backups of file servers and virtual servers.
• Liaise with external firewall provider and communicate any changes or issues that arise.
• Adjust and create group policies to streamline PC deployment and maintain security.
• Administer and monitor the support ticket system for corporate users, resolving issues according to the SLA.
• Create and maintain user accounts in local Active Directory, Azure AD for Office 365, the ticket system, VOIP, password manager, and other related systems.
• Document network infrastructure, systems, backups, and related processes.
• Maintain licensing for O365 and any other corporate network support licenses.
• Make recommendations on technology to meet business needs.
• Manage and support e‑mail anti‑malware software, anti‑phishing tools, video conferencing, and implement secure Internet access across all Dickey’s offices.
• Conduct testing and development of disaster recovery plans to detect faults, minimize malfunctions, and ensure backup systems support network functionality.
• Practice network asset management, including inventory maintenance and related documentation.
• Work with vendors to maintain health and performance of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and related services.
• Track and report company cybersecurity training needs.
• Track technology licenses, subscriptions, and end‑of‑life product support.
• Provide local travel between sites to maintain the environment required.
• Ensure all internal corporate systems run securely and perform as needed with minimal downtime, providing swift remediation of any issues.
