SummaryThis role is for digital leaders who thrive on improving our current platforms and developing emerging technology and platform innovation. The position is focused on identifying, developing, and growing AT&T’s platforms into the world’s best and building new digital capabilities from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities Platform Innovation & StrategyIdentify and develop strategies for how our existing platforms should be used as well as anticipating growth in emerging platforms such as AR/VR, conversational AI, post-app platforms, and off-domain environments (e.g., Reddit, Discord, Quora). Our team prioritizes digital initiatives that make customer’s lives easier and help them connect with AT&T and the world.
Technology & Ecosystem ExpertiseMaintain a strong understanding of evolving development, Mar Tech, AdTech, and content management tools. Influence development roadmaps for emerging capabilities across personalization, automation, and cross-platform data integration.
Digital Incubation & ExperimentationPartner with analytics teams on test-and-learn pilots on new technologies, platforms, and ecosystems. Translate performance into actionable insights and scale winning ideas across digital channels.
Community & Culture AwarenessBuild digital growth plans rooted in cultural relevance, influencer engagement, and deep audience understanding—especially across Gen Z and younger millennial audiences.
Cross-Team CollaborationAct as the center point of teams that include development, program management, product management, design, and UX. Work across business units to incubate new ideas and connect platform innovation to broader business goals.
Preferred Skills & Experience- Understanding of how exceptional apps, web sites, and emerging digital properties are designed and built
- Passion for platform development and emerging tech
- Experience with omnichannel environments, immersive content, dynamic/adaptive interfaces, NLP, spatial computing, and multimodal interfaces
- Familiarity with developer ecosystems, SDKs, and API integrations
- Strong understanding of digital community platforms and cultural trends

Our Lead Digital Customer Growth - New Platform earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
