Experience working for an IT Provider / MSP is essential
We’re hiring on behalf of a growing IT services provider based in Dallas, serving a wide range of SMB clients. They're looking for a 1 / 2 Engineer to provide external support to customers and resolve escalations whilst working on exciting projects.
This is not an internal IT position, we’re specifically looking for candidates with MSP experience who are comfortable supporting multiple clients in fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Provide remote support for end users with the opportunity to go onsite
- Troubleshoot O365, Windows Server, Active Directory Experience with One Drive, SharePoint, Exchange Online
- Understanding on networking
Required:
- 1–3 years of IT support experience
- Hands-on experience with Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Cloud Experience, Azure, Office 365 applications
- Strong troubleshooting instincts + a proactive, growth-driven mindset
