Production​/Application Support

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Production/Application Support Engineer to join one of our most prominent financial services firms. This person will be joining the Asset and Wealth Management Division and sit hybrid onsite in Dallas, TX. They will be spending 70-80% of their day providing level 2-3 support to the Private Investment Services Application and 20% on net new code.

They will be reading, investigating, and performing managing the escalation of tickets to other development teams and own until the product is re-launched.

• 5+ years of experience with production support
• Java development experience, manipulating/supporting code and making technical fixes
• Ability to support applications in AWS
• Financial industry experience to understand the organizational structure of support escalation
• Asset Management product/application support experience
