Responsibilities

Product capability demo (CRP.s)

Matching the product design with the business requirement

Requirement gathering coordinating the effort with FIO team (Localization sessions)

Identifying the product gaps if any

Coordinating the BRD from FIO/Business/Operations team

Customization/Extension Functional Design & Tech design review with the tech team

Coordinating the approval Workflow design for the GL and Labor allocation modules

Test strategy for the customizations/Extensions Unit/SIT

Coordinating the overall SIT for the whole RTR stream GL, AM, Lease Mgmt. & Labor allocation

Working with D&T team and FIO for defining the Exit criteria to Integrations, Extensions, Customization, Interfaces & Reports

Off-shore tech team coordination for developments, Reports, Integrations & Extensions (if any)

Conversion strategy for AM, Lease Mgmt., Labor allocation & GL

Mock conversions and business sign off for the RTR stream conversion approach

Sub-module to GL Interface design & matching the book requirements (AM)

Working with the FIO team for Train the trainer sessions

Cutover planning and managing the cutover window for the RTR stream

Mock cutover and prepping the business/operations team for the conversion data readiness

People Soft user security coordinating the efforts with the PS security team (Role level & Data level security)

Supporting the UAT window

Go-live efforts coordinating with the upstream and downstream systems and ensuring a smooth cutover and conversion window

Hypercare support

Documenting the configurations for the RTR modules

D&T KT sessions for a hand shake at the end/close to the completion of the Hyper care window

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in lieu of every year of education
Min 8 years of experience in Information Technology
